The qualitative evaluation of the intervention “Support the educational emergency in the Palestinian Territories” aims at measuring the impact of the intervention, and giving recommendations for strengthening and improving the quality of implementation. The evaluation is to be carried out in two separate moments: mid term and final.
During the mid term evaluation, qualitative indicators (i.e. ownership and level of learning) have been introduced and data collection tools developed in order to create indexes for measuring the impact on direct beneficiaries.
Thus the real impact evaluation will be carried out at the end of the implementation.
